We encourage all our lenders and providers to keep us informed of any changes to criteria, products or services and publish important news items on the Portal. From time to time lenders and providers give us useful sales ideas, press releases or advertorials and we publish these too. For example the Nationwide House Price Index is published on the Nationwide page, and ‘Barry’s Blog’ from Abbey’s Chief Economist Barry Naisbitt is on the Abbey page.
Support with lenders
Sometimes the mortgage application process doesn’t progress as smoothly as advisers would like and they may need to enlist the help of the lender’s local Business Development Manager or processing centre to resolve a query. We’re also here to help and support Openwork advisers, escalating issues as necessary.
Marketing Support
We provide Openwork advisers with a range of marketing materials to help support their business including campaign letters, posters and mailers. Openwork advisers can register for our popular spring and autumn roadshows, providing them with valuable insights into the mortgage, protection and GI market, updates on the Openwork proposition and an opportunity to talk to a number of our product providers and of course mix with their peers.

We have a strong relationship with Mortgage Brain and keep in regular contact to make sure that the information on the system is as accurate as possible.
